Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate Mousse

10 to 12 bowls

Cream                400 ml
Cooking dark    500 grams
chocolate slab
Egg                      7 nos
Castor sugar    1½ cup (350 grams)
Gelatin               20 grams
Water                 120 ml (½ cup)

1. Heat water in a pan. When it begins to boil, set aside. Place the chocolate slab in a metal container & put the container in a pan with hot water. Let the chocolate slab melt completely.
2. Beat egg yolk and egg white separately until fluffy.
3. Mix egg yolk and castor sugar in a bowl. Dissolve gelatine in ½ cup warm water.
4. Add melted chocolate to egg yolk and sugar mixture. Add dissolved gelatin to it and mix well.
5. Add cream and stir well to mix. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to cool.
6. Remove from refrigerator and add egg white to this mixture. Stir well to mix.
7. Pour the mixture into small bowls and refrigerate for an hour to set.
