The young, dynamic and innovative Chef Aabhas Mehrotra from Taj Dubai is all set to flag off the Mediterranean Food Festival. With an impressive career in India’s most lauded restaurants, Chef Mehrotra brings his culinary expertise to present a selection of delectable Mediterranean delights.

Popularly known as one of the world’s healthiest cuisines, Mediterranean food is a diverse and divine blend of fresh ingredients and zesty flavours. The cuisine itself is derived from countries nestled around the Mediterranean Sea - Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Albania, Syria, Israel, Lebanon, Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Libya and Morocco.
