Sweet and Sour Raita Serves 4

Green Capsicum 2 nos. 
Soaked ground nuts 100 grams (½ Cup)
Grated coconut 1 Cup (120 grams)     
Chopped green chillies 8 nos.  
Grated Jaggery 3 tablespoons 
Tamarind Pulp 1 teaspoon 
Sesame seeds 2 teaspoons 
Coriander seeds 2 teaspoons 
Turmeric powder ¼ teaspoon 
Salt to taste 
Oil 2 tablespoons 

1. Roast the grated coconut and make a find paste of it by adding one fourth cup of water and keep aside. Soak two tablespoon of ground nuts in water and keep aside. Roast remaining ground nuts, sesame seeds and coriander seeds one by one and grind them together. 
2. Heat oil in a pan and stir fry capsicum and green chillies for two minutes till it changes colour. Add soaked ground nuts, jiggery, tamarind pulp, turmeric powder and one fourth cup of water and cook it on low flame for two minutes. 
3. Add ground powder of sesame seeds, coriander seeds, ground nut, coconut paste and salt to taste. Simmer it for two minutes and serve.
