HDFC bags two NABARD awards

HDFC Bank was named the ‘Best Performance Private Sector Bank in Microfinance in Goa’ and the ‘Best Private Sector Bank in Microfinance in Goa (Vasco Branch)’ through the Self-Help Group – Bank linkage programme for Goa for 2016-2017 by National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD).

The awards were presented by chief minister Manohar Parrikar to HDFC Bank Goa circle head Ajit Dalvi, manager of key accounts and state government business Sandesh Barekar and relationship manager of Sustainable Livelihood Initiative (SLI) Ashok Chavan at a ceremony in Panaji.
SLI is aimed at financial and social empowerment by providing  financial literacy and skill building.
