Fusion fiesta!

Specialty restaurant Leda Sea Shells recently celebrated its launch at Siridao beach. The establishment offers a picturesque ambiance and an exquisite cuisine for guests. The restaurant is a branch of well-known Leda Lounge restaurant, Colva.


The launch was an extravagant affair with a special buffet on offer. Local band Jazz Artists entertained the guests.
“Leda Sea Shells specialises in fusion cuisine, a blend of Continental, Indian and Goan. It offers delicacies highlighting the subtle flavours of fresh herbs and spices . The dishes are plated artistically to give a near perfect visual delight,” said its promoter Xavier Vas.
The ingredients are specially selected by the restaurant’s masterchef to ensure a culinary experience. They serve selected delicacies from different states of India to give a complete culinary tour of the country as well as Continental and Goan cuisine.
Leda has been a proud recipient of the Times Food Awards and is recognised for its quality cuisine.
