Gera Developments launches first child-centric homes in Goa

Gera Developments recently launched its River of Joy project, Goa’s first child-centric homes at Kadamba Plateau.

Ambassadors of Gera’s ChildCentric Home and former Indian football captain Bhaichung Bhutia, ace tennis player Mahesh Bhupathi, and guru of contemporary dance in India Shiamak Davar were present at the launch.
Among its features, ChildCentric Homes has tie ups with world-class celebrity academies for professional coaching in sports, arts and personality development.
Managing Director of Gera Developments Pvt Ltd Rohit Gera said. “Our award-winning concept of ChildCentric Homes concept has received a phenomenal response in Goa. We have already sold 190 out of the 364 homes at Gera’s River of Joy. This record sellout of more than 50 per cent in the pre-launch phase is testimony to the fact that the concept resonates with today’s home buyer.”
Gera’s River of Joy brings together the mentorship of world-class talent like Mahesh Bhupathi, Bhaichung Bhutia, and Shiamak Davar in addition to Anil Kumble, Shankar Mahadevan and the Michael Phelps Swimming Academy.
Gera Developments will collaborate with these experts and their academies to set up infrastructure at the doorstep of  residents which will provide them with options that range from dance, singing, swimming, tennis, football, cricket etc.
The project is aimed at working parents with young children or those planning to start a family, or nuclear families looking at the best opportunities to learn. It provides an array of opportunities minus the hassles of travel and coordination.
Currently available for customers to manage purchase-related interactions, the GeraWorld app is being upgraded to manage bookings of facilities and other aspects of the ChildCentric concept.
