Stuffed Squids

Serves 4

Clean and washed Squids 12 nos.  (400 grams)
Prawns (Roughly chopped) 350 grams 
Ginger Garlic paste                 1 teaspoon 
Turmeric Powder                 1 teaspoon 
Finely chopped Onion          2 medium  
Finley chopped Capsicum 1 big
Green chilly paste                 1 ½ teaspoon 
Chilly powder                         1 teaspoon 
Garam Masala powder         1 teaspoon 
Cumin powder                 ½ teaspoon 
Coriander powder                 ½ teaspoon 
Tomato sauce                        2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Oil                                      4 tablespoons

1. Cut head and marinate squids with salt, ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder for twenty minutes. Keep aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion till it changes color. Add tomato and capsicum and cook till soft. Add prawns to it and sauté for a minute. 
3. Add green chilly paste, red chilly powder, cumin and coriander powders and stir to mix.  
4. Add tomato ketchup and salt to taste. Simmer on low flame for a minute. Remove from pan and keep aside.
5. Stuff each squid with one tablespoon of cooked prawns filling and seal the open part of squids by inserting the toothpick. 
6. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the stuffed squids on both the sides till golden brown. 
7. Cut each squid into two halves, remove the toothpick and serve hot.
