Bespoke architecture, fine wine, jazz and food!

Founder and CEO of Mayaland Homes Paul Dass OBE, recently hosted a gastronomical soirée paired with fine wines and jazz music.

The evening was curated by celebrity chef Shagun Mehra at Grande Gemeo Villa I & II, Assagao, overlooking lush green hills. The gorgeous twin villa property has been designed by Aaron David Clarke, known for the famous Soho House in Juhu, for which the award-winning designer partnered with Dass.

Located at the end of a cul de sac in the most exclusive part of Assagao, Grande Gemeo Villa sits on an expansive plot with a great outdoor area. Offering the timeless charm of Indo-Portuguese architectural style, the four-bedroom villas boast their own private swimming pools, staff quarters, automated home control systems, rainwater harvesting, external solar lighting, power backup, landscaped gardens, and stunning upper floor terraces that are perfect for entertaining.

Mayaland Homes combines high-quality British and international architecture, design and progressive technology with the best Indian professionals, artisans and creative artists.
