Cream 400 ml
Cooking dark 500 grams
chocolate slab
Egg 7 nos
Castor sugar 1 ½ cup (350 grams)
Gelatine 20 grams
Water 120 ml (1/2 cup)

1. Heat water in a pan, when it starts boiling remove it from flame. Keep chocolate slab in a metal container & keep this container in a pan containing hot water. Let the chocolate slab melt fully.
2. Beat egg yolk and egg white separately till fluffy.
3. Mix egg yolk and castor sugar in a bowl. Dissolve Gelatine in ½ cup warm water.
4. Add melted chocolate to egg yolk & sugar mixture. Add dissolved gelatine to it & mix well.
5. Add cream to it & stir well to mix. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to cool.
6. Remove from refrigerator and add egg white to this mixture. Stir well to mix.
7. Pour this mixture in small serving bowls and refrigerate for 1 hour to set.

10 to 12 bowls
