Summer is here and with it, begins the hunt for cool spaces and places to avoid the sweltering heat. Some will begin to take on a more serious skin care routine to counter even the stray moments spent under the direct sun. Of course, the good thing about Goa is that there are enough of green spaces and trees to keep you cool, even if you’re not running for the nearest air conditioner. 

It’s also that time of the year when the children have their days off from school and you’re probably planning the best way to put all their free time of the summer vacations to some positive use. When thoughts like these come cascading to my mind, the only thing I can think of is a quick, quiet getaway to your favourite spa. 
However, that’s not the case this time. When I heard that Warren Tricomi – the world-famous exclusive luxury grooming and salon services – had taken over the reins of the spa at Grand Mercure Goa Shrem Resort, I’d put that place down as a must visit the next time I feel the call of a spa.
