Goa’s Manish Dayya appointed GM at Novotel Convention Centre

Manish Dayya has been appointed general manager of the Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC).

The Hyderabad propety is the biggest one among the Novotel units in the country. He brings with him more than two decades of experience in the trade and hospitality industry. He has been with AccorHotels since 2013 and has held multiple roles across various locations in India.

In his new leadership position, Dayya is responsible for spearheading operations at this dual property. Through his vast knowledge and skillfulness in diverse areas of both corporate and business leisure, his responsibilities include ensuring the growth and expansion of the properties through innovative strategies. With a comprehensive understanding of managing teams across diverse markets, Dayya’s core expertise lies in delivering successful outcomes by empowering effective teams and building efficient processes.

He has experience working with leading domestic and international brands holding key positions which further honed his expert business development approach. His camaraderie with AccorHotels began when he joined the Group as the general manager of Novotel Goa Resort & Spa and Novotel Goa Shrem Hotel. He then went on to head the operations of Novotel Lavasa, Mercure Lavasa and Lavasa International Convention Centre as area general manager. 

Prior to joining the dual property in Hyderabad and continuing his allegiance with the parent brand, he was general manager for Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach. Dayya is an alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Goa.
