Bread              4 slices 

Rabadi    8 tablespoons

Milk            1 cup (250 ml)

Cashewnuts       10 nos

Cardamom powder ½ teaspoon

Ghee for frying


1 Cut the edges of the bread slices and cut each slice into four squares. 

Deep fry them in ghee until light golden brown.

2 Mix milk and cardamom powder and soak the fried bread pieces in it for five minutes.

3 Remove them from the milk and place four square pieces close to each other to make one slice. Place another four square pieces on top of the first layer. Repeat with the other two bread slices.

4 Pour rabadi (thickened milk) on top of these bread slices.

5 Garnish with cashewnuts.
