Experience flavoursome India at Goa Marriott
Waterfront Terrace and Bar, an all-day dining multi-cuisine restaurant at the Goa Marriott Resort & Spa, is ready to showcase a plethora of flavours from all across the Indian subcontinent, offering 10 days of sumptuous buffets from August 11 to 20, with thrilling live stations and three resplendent brunches. The chefs will showcase a Punjabi menu on August 11, Tamilian on August 12, a Rajasthani brunch and dinner on August 13, Goan delicacies on August 14, Hyderabadi brunch and dinner on August 15, kebabs and chaat from all over India on August 16, Awadhi style of cooking on August 17, Peshwari (Maharashtrian) cuisine on August 18, Bengali on August 19 and a grand finale brunch on the August 20.
The menu comprises appetisers like prawn Koliwada from Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu’s kottu parotta, Malabar parotta, Hyderabad’s Charminar patti samosa, Mumbai’s chaat sampler, Bengali Kolkata style kathi roll and more.
For mains try, the Punjabi Ambarsari tawa macchi, north Indian staple of rajma rasila, chooza lababdare created by Chef Laxman, Goan special chicken cafreal, Tamil special Arcot mutton chop by chef Uday and more.
Chef Maity is the brainchild behind the Bengali fare with such dishes as the baigun bhaja and chingri malai curry. Do not miss Chef Rajesh’s Maharashtrian dishes and the Hyderbadi paneer timatar ka cut, leaving you wanting more with each mouthful.
