Sausage Pulao
Ingredients
Pork Sausage 200 gms
Goan Red masala 1 teaspoon
Tomato puree 1 tablespoon
Steamed rice 1 ¾ cup
(350 gms)
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves 1 teaspoon
Water 2 cups (500 ml)
Method
1 Take a pan, add water and bring it to a boil. Add pork sausages and cook it for 10 minutes until done
2 Add vindalho masala, tomato purée and salt.
3 Add steamed rice and chopped coriander leaves, and mix well.
4 Serve hot.
Garnish: Chopped corinader.
