Alcon Victor Group opens new boutique hotel in Margao
The Alcon Victor Group added another feather to its cap with the opening of Viva Hotel, a 21-room boutique hotel in Margao, adjacent to Rajagiri Victor Hospital.
The hotel was inaugurated by chief minister Manohar Parrikar with minister for Town and Country Planning Vijai Sardessai, minister for Tourism Manohar Azgaonkar, Margao MLA Digambar Kamat and EDC chairman Sidharth Kuncalienker.
Situated in the heart of Margao, the hotel has facilities for 24-hour check in/check out which allows guests to check out late in the evening and avail of night flights and late night trains from the railway station and airport nearby. Viva Hotel rooms are spacious and can accommodate upto three adults. The hotel is ideal for business travelers and families.
The three-star hotel offers an array of venues for banquets, corporate meetings, exhibitions, and social events with its four multi-event venues which include Emerald, a fully carpeted and air conditioned banquet hal; Pearl, a multipurpose venue ideal for exhibitions, conferences, lectures, art shows, etc; Topaz, a party venue and discotheque for youngsters and the young at heart ideal for birthday parties, family get togethers, etc and Ruby, a board room with audio-visual facilities for business meetings.
