BMW India launches Smart Video app for service and repairs
As a first in the Indian luxury car segment, BMW India has introduced BMW Smart Video, an exclusive app-based smart video and image solution where customers can give real-time approvals for service and repairs.
The app has already benefitted more than 10,000 customers and received excellent feedback. Through the app, dealership technicians can create a video of the vehicle explaining the service / repair requirements and share the quotation online. Customers receive a link where they can understand the service requirements and approve the quotation online without having to visit the dealership again.
