Kiara Advani, Radhika Apte faces of Ritu Kumar’s latest collections
Label Ritu Kumar recently announced Hindi film actress Kiara Advani as the face of its Autumn-Winter 19 collection. The actress stars in an upbeat dance campaign video to promote the brand’s new season collection – ‘Structured Pastoral’.
Choreographed by Ashley Lobo and performed to retro-rock beats, the video’s lively vibe fits perfectly with Kiara’s young and vivacious personality.
Bringing together contemporary glamour with the signature elements for Label Ritu Kumar, Kiara sports two key looks from the season in the video – a black high-neck structured dress with a laser cut-work jacket and a quintessential Label Ritu Kumar printed tunic. Bold yet consistent in the aesthetics that Label Ritu Kumar has become renowned for, Structured Pastoral focuses on form, structure, modern fabrics and silhouettes with a fresh direction aimed at the young confident girl. The colour story of Structural Pastoral is in complete sync with the fall season, infused with brilliant shades of burnt reds, subtle metallic detailing and dominant black. A significant introduction to the Label Ritu Kumar Autumn Winter 2019 collection is the presence of knitwear which is highlighted by the use of a masculine twist on flirtatious shapes and styling. The short body cons enhance the collections’ feminine allure with an interfusion of the bold and captivating styling with prints, a signature element for Label Ritu Kumar.
