Butter Cookies

Makes 20
Ingredients
Powdered sugar ½ cup (100 grams)
Butter 1 cup (200 grams)
Refined flour 1¾ cup (250 grams)
(maida)
Vanilla essence ½ teaspoon
Method
1. Take a bowl and mix butter and sugar to a fluffy texture. Add refined flour in small quantities and mix well.
2. Knead the refined flour, sugar
and butter into a dough by using your hands. Cover and set aside for
30 minutes.
3. Roll out the dough and cut into desired shapes or use moulds.
4. Place them on a baking tray and bake at 180o C for 25 minutes until golden brown.
