The concept of Vignanabhairava has been of great importance to the approaches in life. It is not merely considered as a text in the Kashmir series. It is in fact a part of ancient technique and has been elevated to the levels of the Upanishads.
It is actually a union of Rudra with Shakti that is the spiritual energy. Tantra means techniques which contain a description of spiritual practices, sacred formulae in the form of mantras, mystical diagrams in the form of yantras, gestures in the form of mudhras, postures in the form of asanas, initiation in the form of diksha, all of which are of various significant mystic practices.
