Saturday Supper Club at The Verandah
Grand Hyatt Goa’s pop up Saturday Supper Club offers the perfect mix of inspiring Italian food with free flowing Bellinis and a dash of great company for the ultimate weekend experience.
Held every first and last Saturday of the month, the Saturday Supper Club offers hand-crafted cocktails and flavours in every dish. The menu is designed and executed by executive chef David Ansted and his team.
Guests at the Saturday Supper Club are typically welcomed at the Capiz Bar, an energising atmosphere of deep house, unlimited selection of cocktails, Bellinis, premium alcoholic beverages, an elaborate gin bar and live stations for Italian antipasti, charcuterie and a cheese bar.
They are then escorted to The Verandah for the main event, which includes a spread of iced seafood, crustaceans, mozzarella cheese, soup and fresh baked breads, as well as a selection of hand-made pastas with a choice of sauce and toppings, salads, over roasted vegetables, baked mushrooms with pine nuts and more.
The evening also features an à-la-carte tasting menu with Italian favourites such as sautéed black mussels in white wine and garlic, crispy glazed pork belly, beet root risotto with aged goat’s cheese, beef tenderloin, Australian lamb, fish and grilled garlic prawns. A changing selection of pizza is passed around
by the restaurant staff and served oven-fresh at the table.
The evening is topped with the hotel’s signature Devi coffee tiramisu, mango panna cotta, fresh fruit with honey yoghurt ice-cream and chocolate hazelnut tarts.
