ISKON to celebrate Janmashtami on August 23

The International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKON) Goa Branch in collaboration with Kala Academy will organise its annual celebration of Shri Krishna Janmashtami.

The birth of Lord Krishna or Janmashtami will be celebrated on Saturday, August 23 at Kala Academy, Panaji. The speaker for the celebrations is Gaur Gopal Das, renowned motivational speaker and spiritual counsellor. The festivities will include bhajans and kirtans, abhishek and pooja, pravachan and mahaprasadam.
