Photography competition Monsoon Moments returns

National photography competition Monsoon Moments is back with a grander event to be held on September 23 and 24 at Entertainment Society of Goa (ESG) Art Gallery in Panaji. Participants must capture the spectacular moods of the monsoon.


Participants can mail two entries from which the best will be selected for the exhibition. Entry fees are `250. Judges will select the number of photographs. Photographs should be 12x18 inches (vertical or horizontal) without borders and watermarks. The top six photographs will be judged by professionals and winners will be awarded with cash prizes and certificates. The competition is open to all across India. A separate segment has been created for students, who can participate through their respective schools.

For this category, the theme is Goa Green, with size of the photographs 12x8 inches (horizontal only) without borders and watermarks. Entry fees for students will be `100 for two photographs.
