Wheat Flour Ladoos

Makes 8
Ingredients
Wheat flour 2 ½ cup (300 grams)
Powdered sugar 1 1/3 (300 grams)
Pure ghee 1 cup (200 grams)
Finely powdered 1 tablespoon
Green cardamom
Chopped cashew nuts 10 nos.
Chopped Pistachios 10 nos.
Chopped Almonds 10 nos
METHOD
1Take a frying pan, heat ghee and roast wheat flour in it till golden brown. Remove from flame and allow it to cool.
2Add powdered sugar and cardamom powder to the roasted wheat flour. Mix well.
3Add chopped almonds, cashewnuts and pistachios to it, mix well and shape them into round ladoos.
