Wine, food and song at SulaFest ‘16
SulaFest 2016, a heady mix of music, wine, gourmet food, fashion and much, much more at the Sula Vineyards Nasik open-air amphitheater was a huge success. The festival held last month saw more than 10,000 happy fest-goers dancing away to the rhythms of lovely music.
The ninth edition of the festival featured a mix of great music, wine, drinks, gourmet food, fashion, shopping and more at the idyllic environs of the scenic vineyards. Australian ska and jazz band The Cat Empire made its India debut and rocked the stage, while Indian fusion band Kailasa set the stage on fire performing two songs from its soon-to-be-released album Kailasa Ishq Anokha.
Founder and CEO of Sula Vineyards Rajeev Samant said, “What an incredible vibe! More than 10,000 fest-goers had the time of their life, showing why SulaFest is the country’s most eagerly awaited festival weekend. Next year is the 10th SulaFest and we promise a line-up better than you have ever seen in India.”
Vice President of Marketing at Sula Vineyards Cecilia Oldne added, “This is by far our best SulaFest breaking all records! Cheers to the team who made this happen, all our amazing partners for sharing the love and of course all the artists for creating magic on stage. The amazing crowd completed the vibe – what a beautiful weekend under the Sula sun!”
