2017: A year of brand new energies

The coming year will bring along with it transformation, new beginnings, relationships and more. All you have to do is embrace these vibrant energies by turning your back on the past

2016 was an interesting year in the metaphysical sense. It was the end of a cycle, so endings, letting go, releasing or even destruction characterised the year. For those who have had a rather rough ride, the good news is that it’s the last month of the year.

The not-so-good news is that December will be the testing month. It is going to ask if you have really let go of it all. So if you see the same story repeating itself, watch your reaction to it. If you are reacting the same way, some more changes need to be wrought. If you observe your reaction has changed, then congratulations, you have undergone the necessary transformation and are all ready for the brand new energies of 2017.

The thing to remember is that even though a pattern seems to repeat itself, if your reaction to it changes, you have made progress. The Nautilus reminds us that there is evolution in a spiral. A circle makes you do the same thing over and over again. A spiral, on the other hand, makes you change and grow, every step of the way.
