An emotional high

This month will run high on emotions. If you feel that your emotional cup runneth over, worry not, as this too shall pass

April could lead you to be in contact with your mother or a woman you feel is nurturing and caring. The queen of cups, in this reading, represents the overlying energies for this month. She is the queen of the realm of emotions, which is why April will be a bit of an emotional rollercoaster.

Do not shun the emotions pouring out of you, though. Just use this awareness to be kinder and more compassionate to yourself and to others who will be going through the same high emotional phase.

Also, use this phase to observe what you are feeling emotional about. These are unexpressed feelings which are pouring out as the dam is open. Pay attention to them, acknowledge them and then let them go.
