Akar’s Suburbia unveiled in style

Akar Realty launched its most prestigious project Akar Suburbia in Panzorconi, Cuncolim last month. The project model was unveiled by Akar’s first employee Ashok Arolkar at a launch attended by the representatives of 10 major banks and a large number of people.

Director at Akar Chinmay Borkar gave a brief presentation on the features of the project and also announced special launch offers which would be valid for a month. Akar is offering 10-20 per cent discount on its launch prices based on the payment plan that the customer chooses. Borkar opined that one could earn a return on investment of 70-80 per cent over a two-year period with these offers.

Akar strives to make luxury affordable to the people with this project. Where most villas in Goa are priced above Rs.1.25 crores, villas at Akar Suburbia start at Rs.75 lakhs with priced below Rs.95 lakhs.

The amenities provided at Akar Suburbia are the latest. Akar has always been known for its innovative projects in Goa, many of which have become landmarks in the area. This new project by Akar has been conceptualised to create a landmark in South Goa.
