For the love of Gadre seafood!
Premium seafood company Gadre that has been operating for over three decades has expanded operations in Goa with seafood menu solutions for hotels, restaurants and caterers.
As a part of product promotion, celebrity chef Ranveer Brar performed a live demonstration of recipes using Gadre products at Vivanta by Taj, Panaji recently. He explained the convenience of Gadre products from a hotel/ restaurant operations point of view.
The company is looking forward to tap beach shacks and restaurants. “Tourists come to Goa to enjoy seafood and we have a product range which offers the best pricing, quality and convenience,” said managing director Arjun Gadre.
“Fish is considered to be most difficult meat to deal with, in terms of its delicate texture, the amount of time required for cleaning and preparation. Gadre ready-to-cook product range is available consistently throughout the year maintaining quality and improving kitchen efficiency. Our product range can be prepared within five minutes where normal preparations take 20-25 minutes,” Arjun highlighted.
“Chefs can add more seafood options to their menu with convenience of Gadre products. Most of the menus in the outlets are focused on chicken and mutton with limited fish dishes. However outlets can easily balance their menu with convenience of large variety of Gadre products,” chef Brar added.
The evening saw prizes and awards distributed to the winners of pre-event activities along with felicitations for the captains from the industry.
