The Sardesai Business Group is a reputed family conglomerate with various business interests including iron ore mining, mineral ore processing, construction and real estate development, medical devices, shipping logistics and horticulture.

The construction and real estate business is managed by. Ghanashyam Sardesai, a civil engineer with 30 years of experience in the industry. He started his own civil construction business in 1989, and has a number of residential, commercial and industrial buildings to his credit. Recently completed projects include two residential buildings – Gulmohar Residency I and II at Alto Betim and Lotus Court, a six-storied commercial complex at the prime St Inez Junction in Panaji.
Mayflower Enclave and Sunflower Estate are two ongoing projects.
