Sousa Trading Co Pvt Ltd began as a partnership firm in the 1970s as a civil contracting company executing various private, institutional and government contracts. From then on, the company took giant strides and diversified into plot development, real estate development and construction.

The company with two decades of experience, is a member of CREDAI, Goa and has completed many niche residential projects in the tourism belt of Calangute and Anjuna and near Panaji. Sousa Trading Co’s completed projects include Palms at Calangute, a cosy two building project.
