YOGIC WISDOM
The art of living yoga is a holistic way of life that integrates a prayerful discipline uniting the body, mind and soul. Regular practice has brought remarkable lifestyle changes in practitioners. The art of living yoga is the secret to better health and greater sense of happiness
India is a rich country, which introduced to the world the wisdom of yoga, meditation, ayurveda, vaastu, and other local remedies centuries ago through sages, rishis, munis and vaidhyas. A mere knowledge of this great wisdom would definitely enrich and enlighten the lives of the people as it is well known that the timeless remedies contained in this knowledge has its own healing system. Yoga, a science explained in the Pantanjalis, was brought into the world more than 5,000 years ago, and helps to integrate and harmonise the mind, body and soul.
Today, we have yoga for the self, yoga for intelligence, yoga for success, yoga as a physical exercise and yoga for enlightenment.
