SpaceDeal, a real estate consultancy which created a niche for itself for three decades in the industry in Goa, recently launched SpaceDeal Pvt Ltd from its new corporate office at Gera’s Imperium in Patto Plaza, Panaji

Spacedeal Agencies and Brokerage was established in 1982, near Panaji’s picturesque Mandovi River as the labour of love of co-director Narullah K Veljee. Backed by four decades of experience, he started SpaceDeal Pvt Ltd while conjuring deals and untangling complex ones to make him a legendary mentor to his dedicated team of 22 professionals.

He explained, “As the real estate sector boomed in Goa in the new millennium, the company blossomed into the oldest full service provider with a noble mission – to be the first among equals as a one-stop real estate destination, selling spaces to those seeking places across the entire bandwidth of deals.” Now located at the corporate office Gera Imperium, the company has a unique bouquet for all. SpaceDeal’s online integration provides dynamic layers of technology, and tools to expose listings to maximise exposure.
