Soi comes to Dona Paula
Goan specialty restaurant Soi recently opened its second branch in Dona Paula, becoming the 12th venture of SinQ Hospitality.
The menu is the restaurant’s main highlight, followed by its laid back and relaxing ambience. The food contains rich Goan spices and herbs combined in various proportions to offer flavours distinct to Goa. Recipes have been sourced from old Goan houses, local bars and other establishments which have not been commercially marketed.
The ingredients used to create all these flavourful recipes are freshly sourced, from varieties of fish to juicy meats and poultry used to create classic dishes. The masalas too at Soi are homemade, making each dish tasty.
The restaurant was named after the Konkani word for coconut - soi - an essential element in most traditional dishes in Goa and without which, no meal is complete in a Goan kitchen.
